Involved in an IT modernisation project, delivering new devices and office 365 capabilities across the force. Responsible for creation of Capability Map for force systems and an IT Activity Plan to identify all demands on IT resources to meet the forces requirements.
Interim role, responsible for managing the relationship between Corporate IT, the Corporation’s outsourced IT provider and the Open Spaces (Tower Bridge, Monument, Epping Forest, Hampstead Heath) , City Surveyors (Facilities management, commercial lettings and Barking Power Station) and Community and Children’s Services Departments (Education, Social care and children’s services, housing, libraries, and public health). Involved in re-procurement projects for Housing Management, Children’s Centre, Document Archiving, and RFID, systems, and projects as diverse as cattle tracking, tree management, corporate accommodation review, commercial tenant portal, Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and the departmental adoption of Microsoft Teams.
Interim role, project managing the review and re-utilisation of the authority’s Content Management System, including, ensuring the underlying infrastructure meets current and future requirements, defining and implementing new agile processes for the development of new functionality, ensuring the solution delivers essential capability to enable business objectives and planning the future upgrade to the latest product version.
Interim role, scoping and establishing a unified business system management and support team for the People Department, including Adult Social Care, Children’s and Families Service, Education and Housing.

Working with Adult Social Care, Children’s Services and Public Health to identify data sharing needs and practices working towards the improvement of service delivery through integrated working between social and health care organisations. Component projects include N3 connectivity the comprehensive and consistent use of the NHS number, and integration of Adult and Children Services.
Responsible for managing the relationship between the People Directorate business functions, including Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Education, Housing, Gateway, Bereavement and Registrars; corporate ICT and the authority’s ICT outsource provider. Projects within scope include: Better Care Fund, Outcome Based Commissioning, All-age disability, Care Act implementation, Health and Social Care Information Sharing (Adaptor), and Child Protection Information Sharing (CP-IS).
Interim role, responsible for managing the relationship between all business functions within the authority and corporate ICT and the authority’s ICT outsource provider. Specific focus on projects delivering Public Health Transition from the local NHS Primary Care Trust to the authority, including delivery of connection to the NHS network (N3); creation of a centralised Business Support function for the authority; re-procurements of responsive repairs contract for the authority’s housing stock, and green spaces maintenance contract; data migration assurance for replacement of children’s services system.
